A customer has requested that we provide for him a document outlining
all the steps required for a full DR failover test and fail-back. Tim
Swensen wrote up a Wiki based on his understanding of the individual
steps described in the SGA. John Culp would like to use this as a
template to provide directly to the customer. Could we get this
reviewed and approved?

Deadline: Friday 2/8 noon.
